👊 Youth & Community Development

Empowering Youth Through Silat & Social Values

PASSMAL is committed to nurturing youth through structured Silat programmes that promote discipline, resilience, and positive character development. Beyond martial arts, our initiatives focus on holistic growth—physically, mentally, and socially.

🧒 Silat for Youth Development

Silat is more than combat—it’s a tool for:

  • Character building
  • Emotional regulation
  • Social connection
  • Cognitive growth
  • Physical fitness & safety awareness

PASSMAL’s youth programmes are based on the Seni Silat Malaysia curriculum, which includes psychomotor, affective, and cognitive domains. Through Silat Tempur, children aged 7–17 learn safe sparring, teamwork, and self-confidence.

đźš« Anti-Bullying Collaboration with KPM

In September 2025, PASSMAL partnered with the Ministry of Education (KPM) for a national Anti-Bullying Campaign during M-MAF2025 (Malaysia Martial Arts Festival).

Objectives:
  • Raise awareness on bullying in schools
  • Empower youth with self-confidence and conflict resolution skills
  • Promote Silat as a tool for emotional resilience and peer respect
  • Encourage positive peer leadership through martial arts

🛡️ Silat teaches youth to defend themselves—not to harm others. It instills humility, respect, and responsibility.

🥋 Silat EVO: Empowering Youth Through Innovation

Silat EVO is PASSMAL’s latest innovation in martial arts—designed to modernise Silat Melayu while preserving its values. It offers a professional, safe, and structured combat format that appeals to youth and young adults.

Why Silat EVO Matters for Youth:
  • Builds confidence and emotional resilience
  • Promotes discipline, respect, and sportsmanship
  • Provides a safe outlet for energy and self-expression
  • Encourages goal-setting and healthy competition
  • Acts as a positive alternative to bullying, aggression, and risky behaviour
Anti-Bullying Impact

During M-MAF2025 (Malaysia Martial Arts Festival) in September 2025, PASSMAL collaborated with the Ministry of Education (KPM) to launch an Anti-Bullying Youth Programme featuring Silat EVO demonstrations and workshops.
