PASSMAL & UiTM: Advancing Silat Melayu Through Science, Education & Global Collaboration
Since 2013, PASSMAL, in collaboration with Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and international partners, has led the transformation of Silat Melayu into a globally recognised academic discipline. Under the leadership of Dr. Mohamad Nizam Shapie, Silat research now spans sports science, pedagogy, cultural studies, youth development, and international diplomacy.
